Ingredients:
- Vermicelli 200 gm
- Sugar 1/2 kg
- Water 1 cup
- Ghee 3/4 cup
- Almonds 2 tbsp
- Pistachio 2 tbsp
- Fresh milk 1 kg
- Green cardamom 4
- Saffron 1/4 tsp
- Yellow color pinch
- Kewra water 1 tsp
Method:
- For sugar syrup: Put sugar, water and yellow color and cook until sugar dissolves.
- Now heat ghee and fry vermicelli until dark golden.
- Then put fresh milk and cook in high flame for 3-4 minutes and milk dries.
- Now put syrup, saffron and green cardamom.
- When syrup dries, then take it out.
- In end, garnish with almonds and pistachios slice.
