Turai Gosht by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Mutton 1/2 kg
- Turai 300 gm
- Tomatoes 2 chopped
- Onion 1 sliced
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Green chilies 4
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Method:
- First heat oil and soft onion sliced.
- Now put ginger garlic paste, mutton, salt and chili powder.
- Then add tomatoes chopped and turai and fry little.
- After that, put 1 cup water, cover it and cook until it becomes ready.
- In end, add green chilies and coriander leaves.
