Turai Gosht by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Turai 300 gm
  • Tomatoes 2 chopped
  • Onion 1 sliced
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Green chilies 4
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. First heat oil and soft onion sliced.
  2. Now put ginger garlic paste, mutton, salt and chili powder.
  3. Then add tomatoes chopped and turai and fry little.
  4. After that, put 1 cup water, cover it and cook until it becomes ready.
  5. In end, add green chilies and coriander leaves.
