Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- All spice 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
- Fresh cream 3 tbsp
- Ginger julienne 2 tbsp
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Green chilies chopped 2
- Coconut milk powder 2 tbsp
- Almonds grinded 2 tbsp
- Butter 2 oz
- Onion 1
Method:
- Heat butter, put onion and ginger garlic paste and fry for 5 minutes.
- Now add chicken boneless cubes, salt, chili powder, all spice, turmeric, chili garlic sauce, coconut milk powder and almonds grinded, cover it and cook for 10 minutes.
- Then put yogurt, fresh cream and all spice, cover and simmer more for 10 minutes.
- In end, put ginger julienne and chopped green chilies and serve with tandoori parathay.
