No Bake Chocolate Bars by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:
- Peanut butter 1 cup
- Honey 1/2 cup
- Butter 1/2 cup
- Oats 2 cups
- Shredded coconut 1 cup
- Chopped walnuts 1/2 cup
- Dark chocolate 1-1/4 cups
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Method:
- Melt peanut butter, honey and butter over medium heat.
- Once melted, remove from heat and add oats, shredded coconut, chocolate and vanilla essence.
- Stir until chocolate is entirely melted.
- Pour into a 9x13 pan and cool in the fridge.
- When it is set, cut into bars and serve.
