Ingredients:

  • Big sponge cake 1
  • Fresh milk 1 liter
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Chopped peaches 1 tin
  • Lemons 2
  • Chopped walnuts 1 cup
  • Strawberry jelly powder 1 Packet
  • Fresh cream 2 Packets
  • Fresh milk 1 small packet
  • Corn flour 3-4 tbsp

Method:

  1. Put fresh milk and sugar in pot and heat it.
  2. When it is heated, dissolve corn flour in some cold milk and add in warm milk.
  3. Stir it with wooden spoon.
  4. Remove from stove when thickens.
  5. Put corn flour custard in large dish and spread cake slices.
  6. Put 1 small packet milk and lemon juice and spread peach slices.
  7. After that put walnuts and strawberry jelly.
  8. Make a second layer like this.
  9. In end, put fresh cream, chill more and serve.
