Ingredients:
- Big sponge cake 1
- Fresh milk 1 liter
- Sugar 1 cup
- Chopped peaches 1 tin
- Lemons 2
- Chopped walnuts 1 cup
- Strawberry jelly powder 1 Packet
- Fresh cream 2 Packets
- Fresh milk 1 small packet
- Corn flour 3-4 tbsp
Method:
- Put fresh milk and sugar in pot and heat it.
- When it is heated, dissolve corn flour in some cold milk and add in warm milk.
- Stir it with wooden spoon.
- Remove from stove when thickens.
- Put corn flour custard in large dish and spread cake slices.
- Put 1 small packet milk and lemon juice and spread peach slices.
- After that put walnuts and strawberry jelly.
- Make a second layer like this.
- In end, put fresh cream, chill more and serve.
