Steam Stuffed Tinda Masala by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Round Gourd 500 gm
  • Chicken mince 100 gm
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Chopped green chilies 2 to 3
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Chat masala 1/2 tsp
  • Egg whites 2 to 3
  • Tamarind paste 3 to 4 tbsp
  • Olive oil 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cut top of round bottle and  out the pulp with help of spoon take.
  2. Put pulp, chicken mince, garlic paste, tamarind paste, egg whites, coriander powder, red chili powder, all spice powder, turmeric powder, chopped green chilies and chat masala in chopper and chop it.
  3. Now add chopped mixture in round gourd and steam them.
  4. Then take it out, stir fry it or bake it and serve hot.
