Chili Chicken Bhindi by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
- Lady fingers 1/2 kg
- Green chilies 12
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Tomatoes 250 gm
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Red chili 1/2 tsp
- Tamarind paste 1/2 cup
- Roasted cumin 2 tsp
- Onion 1
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- First cut top and bottom part of the lady fingers and mark cut in center.
- Now cut green chilies into halves.
- Then heat oil in the pan, fry lady fingers and green chilies and take out.
- Fry chopped onion in remaining oil.
- Now put ginger garlic paste, boneless chicken, red chili, salt, turmeric, roasted cumin and chopped tomatoes, cover it and cook for 10 minutes.
- When the chicken tenders, put lady fingers and green chilies and tamarind paste.
- Delicious chili chicken bhindi is ready.
