Ingredients:

  • Chicken strips 125 gm
  • Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Eggs 2 to 3
  • Sliced carrot 2
  • Sliced cucumber 2
  • Japanese rice 1/2 cup
  • Vinegar 3 tbsp
  • Icing sugar 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Nori as required
  • Japanese soya sauce as required
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan and fry garlic paste.
  2. Then add chicken and oyster sauce and fry it.
  3. Then take chicken and cool it.
  4. Then boil water in pot, add Japanese rice, boil for 2-1/2 to 3 minutes, strain it and spread it so that rice dries.
  5. After that, mix vinegar, icing sugar and salt to mix add in rice and keep it aside.
  6. Then make omelet of eggs and cut in slices.
  7. Now keep nori and keep rice.
  8. Then put wasabi, sliced carrot, sliced cucumber, omelet slice and sliced chicken, fold it, cut into pieces and keep on serving plate.
  9. Serve with Japanese soya sauce and wasabi.
