Ingredients:
- Cauliflower 1
- Green chilies 1/2 kg
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Red chilies 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Curry leaves few
- Onion seeds 1 tsp
- Tamarind 1 cup
- Oil 1 cup
- Salt to taste
For Bhagar:
- White cumin 1/2 tsp
- Red chilies 6
- Fenugreek seeds 6
- Curry leaves 6
Method:
- First separate flower of cauliflower. Now wash green chilies and keep int in chalni. Heat oil, fry green chilies and cauliflower for 5 minutes and take out.
- Then put white cumin, red chilies, fenugreek seeds and curry leaves in this oil and roast it.
- After that, put onion seeds, red chilies, turmeric and ginger garlic paste and roast it lightly.
- Then put fried green chilies, cauliflower, salt, curry leaves and tamarind ans put in pot on low flame.
- When oil comes up, phool gobi & mirchon ka salan is ready.
- Serve with plain rice.
