Ingredients:

  • Cauliflower 1
  • Green chilies 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chilies 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves few
  • Onion seeds 1 tsp
  • Tamarind 1 cup
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Salt to taste

For Bhagar:

  • White cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilies 6
  • Fenugreek seeds 6
  • Curry leaves 6

Method:

  1. First separate flower of cauliflower. Now wash green chilies and keep int in chalni. Heat oil, fry green chilies and cauliflower for 5 minutes and take out.
  2. Then put white cumin, red chilies, fenugreek seeds and curry leaves in this oil and roast it.
  3. After that, put onion seeds, red chilies, turmeric and ginger garlic paste and roast it lightly.
  4. Then put fried green chilies, cauliflower, salt, curry leaves and tamarind ans put in pot on low flame.
  5. When oil comes up, phool gobi & mirchon ka salan is ready.
  6. Serve with plain rice.
