Akhrot Ka Halwa by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:
- Walnuts 1-1/2 cup
- Fresh milk 1-1/2 cup
- Khoya 1 cup
- Sugar 1 cup
- Fresh cream dry milk powder 2 cups
- Small cardamom 8
- Ghee 3 tbsp
Method:
- First grind small cardamom with sugar finely.
- Now mix fresh milk and sugar in pot and cook until thick. Then slow the flame.
- Heat ghee in second pot and add cardamom
- When fragrance comes, put khoya, walnuts and fresh cream dry milk powder and roast it.
- When three becomes one, put cooked milk and cook on low flame.
- When milk becomes dry, roasted with halwa, becomes one, remove it, grease dish with little ghee and put halwa.
- Akhrot ka halwa is ready.
