Tawa Chicken Bharta by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
  • Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Green chilies 8
  • Lemons 2
  • Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Green coriander 1 bunch
  • Oil as required
  • Chopped onions 3

Method:

  1. First do chopped onion golden brown in oil.
  2. Now mix chicken boneless, ginger garlic paste, salt and yogurt nicely in pot, cook it and dry chicken water. Then cool it and chop in chopper.
  3. Now heat 4 tbsp oil in big tawa, put grinded chicken and half fried onion and roast it lightly.
  4. Then mix red chili flakes, roasted cumin powder, all spice powder and lemon juice and roast it again.
  5. After that, put ginger and green chilies, cover it and simmer it for 5 minutes.
  6. In end, put green coriander and remaining fried onion and serve hot.
