Tawa Chicken Bharta by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
- Yogurt 1/2 kg
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
- Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Green chilies 8
- Lemons 2
- Ginger 1 tbsp
- Green coriander 1 bunch
- Oil as required
- Chopped onions 3
Method:
- First do chopped onion golden brown in oil.
- Now mix chicken boneless, ginger garlic paste, salt and yogurt nicely in pot, cook it and dry chicken water. Then cool it and chop in chopper.
- Now heat 4 tbsp oil in big tawa, put grinded chicken and half fried onion and roast it lightly.
- Then mix red chili flakes, roasted cumin powder, all spice powder and lemon juice and roast it again.
- After that, put ginger and green chilies, cover it and simmer it for 5 minutes.
- In end, put green coriander and remaining fried onion and serve hot.
