Ingredients:
- Chicken 1/2 kg
- Onion paste 1/2 cup
- Tomato 2
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Chili paste 2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- All spice powder 1/2 tsp
- Mustard seed 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Mustard oil 4 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Green coriander for garnish
Method:
- Put mustard oil, oil and chicken in karahi pan and cook it nicely.
- Now put chili paste, onion paste, all spice powder, turmeric powder, tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, mustard seed and salt to taste and roast it nicely.
- When masala is roasted, put yogurt and cook on low flame.
- When ready, dish it out, put green coriander on top and serve.
