Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Onion paste 1/2 cup
  • Tomato 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Chili paste 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard seed 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Mustard oil 4 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Green coriander for garnish

Method:

  1. Put mustard oil, oil and chicken in karahi pan and cook it nicely.
  2. Now put chili paste, onion paste, all spice powder, turmeric powder, tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, mustard seed and salt to taste and roast it nicely.
  3. When masala is roasted, put yogurt and cook on low flame.
  4. When ready, dish it out, put green coriander on top and serve.
