Ingredients:

  • Milk 1-1/2 liter
  • Sour yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Yellow food color 1 pinch
  • Kewra essence few drops
  • Dry fruits for garnish
  • Clay pot for set

Method:

  1. Put milk in pot and cook until color changes and it remains approx to 1 liter. Then turn off stove.
  2. Cool milk to room temperature.
  3. Now add sour yogurt, of kewra essence and food color and mix it nicely.
  4. After that, put mixture in clay pot and wrap it with plastic and keep it on any dark place.
  5. When it gets ready, decorate with almond and pistachio and serve.
