Ingredients:
- Milk 1-1/2 liter
- Sour yogurt 2 tbsp
- Yellow food color 1 pinch
- Kewra essence few drops
- Dry fruits for garnish
- Clay pot for set
Method:
- Put milk in pot and cook until color changes and it remains approx to 1 liter. Then turn off stove.
- Cool milk to room temperature.
- Now add sour yogurt, of kewra essence and food color and mix it nicely.
- After that, put mixture in clay pot and wrap it with plastic and keep it on any dark place.
- When it gets ready, decorate with almond and pistachio and serve.
