Frozen Mocha Torte by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

• Cookies crushed 2 cups
• Butter 4 oz

For Filling:

• Cream cheese 8 oz
• Condensed milk 1 can or 14 oz
• Chocolate syrup 1/2 cup
• Coffee 2 tbsp
• Water 1 tbsp
• Gelatin 2 tbsp
• Cream whipped 2 cups
  

Method:

1. Mix cookies crushed with butter and press lower part and sides.
2. Now make base of crushed cookies in one pan.
3. Then put beaten cream cheese, condensed milk and chocolate syrup in separate bowl and mix it until smooth.
4. Now mix coffee in 1 tbsp water and add in bowl.
5. Then dissolve gelatin in water and put on crust with cream whipped.
6. Now freeze it nicely and in end, decorate with cream and brown colored M&M's.
