Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken 1 kg
- Butter 100 gm
- Cream 1/2 cup
- Onion paste 1 cup
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Tomato paste 2 cup
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Red chili flakes 2 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tsp
Method:
- First heat oil and add butter.
- Then put onion paste and fry it.
- When onion becomes light pink, put boneless chicken, tomato paste, red chili flakes, ginger garlic, yogurt, crushed black pepper, turmeric, coriander powder and salt and cover it.
- Then roast it on high flame.
- Now add cream and mix it.
- In end, put in thal and serve hot.
