Butter Chicken Thal by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 1 kg
  • Butter 100 gm
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Onion paste 1 cup
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Tomato paste 2 cup
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Red chili flakes 2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp

Method:

  1. First heat oil and add butter.
  2. Then put onion paste and fry it.
  3. When onion becomes light pink, put boneless chicken, tomato paste, red chili flakes, ginger garlic, yogurt, crushed black pepper, turmeric, coriander powder and salt and cover it.
  4. Then roast it on high flame.
  5. Now add cream and mix it.
  6. In end, put in thal and serve hot.
