Ingredients:
- Boneless fish 1 kg
- Onion 4
- Tomatoes 4
- Green chilies 6
- Cumin 2 tsp
- Black pepper powder 2 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Green coriander 1 bunch
- Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
- Chopped coriander 1 tsp
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- First marinate fish with black pepper powder and salt, cook in steamer and crush with hands.
- Now heat oil and fry fish.
- Then put tomatoes, onions, green chilies, cumin, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, all spice powder and chopped coriander and keep on simmer for 10 minutes.
- In end, put green coriander and chaat masala and mix it.
