Ingredients:

  • Boneless fish 1 kg
  • Onion 4
  • Tomatoes 4
  • Green chilies 6
  • Cumin 2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Green coriander 1 bunch
  • Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
  • Chopped coriander 1 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. First marinate fish with black pepper powder and salt, cook in steamer and crush with hands.
  2. Now heat oil and fry fish.
  3. Then put tomatoes, onions, green chilies, cumin, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, all spice powder and chopped coriander and keep on simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. In end, put green coriander and chaat masala and mix it.
