Ingredients:
- Gram flour 2 cups
- Small cardamom 8
- Raisins 10
- Fresh milk 1 cup
- Semolina 2 cups
- Sugar 3 cups
- Water 1/2 cup
- Ghee 1/2 cup
- Chopped almonds, pistachio as required
Method:
- Heat ghee in pot and put small cardamom.
- When fragrance comes, add semolina and gram flour, roast it nicely and take out.
- Now put sugar and water in pot, cook for 5 minutes, before making syrup, add semolina and gram flour and roast it again.
- When both ingredients becomes one, then put raisins.
- In end, add milk and stir it fast so that halwa rises.
- Grease one thali, spread halwa and sprinkle chopped almonds and pistachio on top.
- When cool, cut into pieces and serve.
