Double Crust Cheese Pizza by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

For Pizza Dough:

  • White flour 1/2 kg
  • Yeast 1 sachet
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Baking powder 2 tsp
  • Butter 1/2 cup
  • Eggs 1
  • Salt to taste

For Chicken:

  • Boneless chicken 300 gm
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chili paste 3 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

For Pizza Topping:

  • Pizza sauce 1/2 cup
  • Sliced Tomato 2
  • Sliced capsicum 2
  • Sliced mushroom 1/2 cup
  • Sliced olives 1/2 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese 500 gm
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Butter 3 to 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. For dough: Add yeast and sugar in lukewarm water, mix it nicely and leave it on warm place.
  2. Then add salt, baking powder, egg, butter and yeast in white flour, knead it nicely and leave for 3 to 4 hours.
  3. Then roll it. Dough is ready.
  4. For chicken: In mixing bowl, add garlic paste, lemon juice, red chili paste, black pepper and salt, mix well and marinate chicken nicely.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken until color changes.
  6. Then remove it. Chicken is ready.
  7. For crust: Grease pizza tray with butter and spread dough on tray.
  8. Roll dough big then tray.
  9. Now cut mozzarella cheese in long slices, keep on the edges and cut the big portions.
  10. Seal the edges so that cheese is covered. Crust is ready.
  11. For topping: Brush crust with butter.
  12. Sprinkle crushed black pepper and oregano.
  13. Then spread pizza sauce, then put sliced mushrooms, sliced chicken, sliced tomato and sliced capsicum and set it.
  14. Then put grated mozzarella cheese on top, put olives and set it.
  15. Now press upper layer.
  16. Then bake it in preheated oven on 200c for 15 to 18 minutes.
  17. In end, cut in slices and serve.
