Ingredients:
- Pineapple slices 1 can
- Cherry halves 6
- Pineapple jelly 1 packet
- Water 3/4 cup
- Cream cheese 4 tbsp
- Curd cheese 4 tbsp
- Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
- Gelatin 2 tbsp
- Pineapple syrup 1/4 cup
- Cream whipped 4 tbsp
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Pineapple tidbits 1/2 cup
- Fruit cocktail 1 cup
Method:
- First grease mould with oil nicely.
- Now fixed with 1 can pineapple slices and cherries.
- Dissolve cherries in water.
- Put pineapple slices on top.
- Now mix cream whipped, cream cheese, curd cheese and mayonnaise and beat it.
- Then mix fruit cocktail, sugar, salt and dissolved gelatin pineapple syrup in pineapple nicely.
- After that, put pineapple jelly on top and freeze until it is ready.
- Then turn it and serve.
