Strawberry Chocolate Short Glasses by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

• Vanilla custard 2 cups
• Jell-o chocolate pudding 1 packet
• Chilled milk 2 cup
• Strawberries chopped 2 cup
• Sugar 1/2 cup
• Lemon juice 2 tbsp
• Oreo cookies 1 cup
• Fresh cream 1 cup
• Chocolate grated 150 gm
• Cream 200 gm

Method:

1. Mix chilled milk and jell-o chocolate pudding in one bowl and mix it.
2. Now beat it until cool.
3. Then melt chocolate grated with 3 tbsp cream and make ganache.
4. Cook chopped strawberries with sugar.
5. Together add lemon juice and keep it aside.
6. For assemble: First put vanilla custard in short glasses.
7. Then add strawberries.
8. Put chocolate pudding mixture in pipping bag.
9. Then put ganache mixture and cookies with pipe cream, cool it and serve.
