Ingredients:
- Mutton chops 1 kg
- Boiled potatoes 1 kg
- Cottage cheese 250 gm
- Bread crumbs 250 gm
- Eggs 2
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tbsp
- Chopped green chilies 3
- Chicken stock cubes 1 tbsp
- Gram flour pinch
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- First marinate mutton chops with ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, crushed black pepper and salt for 30 minutes.
- Now put chops in shallow pan and cook in low on low flame.
- Then remove from stove and cool it.
- Now mash boiled potatoes, put cottage cheese, salt, chopped green chilies, crushed black pepper and chicken stock cubes mixture and mix it.
- Now put this mixture on chops meat portions. Now dip in eggs, roll in bread crumbs and cook on low flame until golden brown.
- In end, sprinkle gram flour and serve.
