Ingredients:

  • Chicken mince 300 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Onion 1
  • Mix vegetable 250 gm
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Small cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • White cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Baking powder 1 pinch
  • Chopped green chilies 5 to 6
  • Hans raj 5gm
  • Makwa dana 5 gm
  • Bread slice 1 to 2
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste

For Garnish:

  • Salad leaves 5 to 6
  • Tomato 4 to 5
  • Lemon 5 to 6
  • Green onion 4 to 5

Method:

  1. Put all ingredients except oil in chopper, chop it nicely and make mixture.
  2. Now grease hands with and make oil.
  3. Then heat oil in pan and fry kabab.
  4. In end, take out in dish, garnish with salad leaves, tomato, lemon and green onion and serve.
