Ingredients:
- Chicken mince 300 gm
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Onion 1
- Mix vegetable 250 gm
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Small cardamom powder 1 tsp
- White cumin powder 1 tsp
- Baking powder 1 pinch
- Chopped green chilies 5 to 6
- Hans raj 5gm
- Makwa dana 5 gm
- Bread slice 1 to 2
- Oil for fry
- Salt to taste
For Garnish:
- Salad leaves 5 to 6
- Tomato 4 to 5
- Lemon 5 to 6
- Green onion 4 to 5
Method:
- Put all ingredients except oil in chopper, chop it nicely and make mixture.
- Now grease hands with and make oil.
- Then heat oil in pan and fry kabab.
- In end, take out in dish, garnish with salad leaves, tomato, lemon and green onion and serve.
