Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg or 20 pieces
- Onion 1
- Green chilies 3 grinded
- Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
- Ginger garlic 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Tomato puree 1/2 cup
- Oil 1/4 cup
- White cumin 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
For White Sauce:
- Butter 2 oz
- Flour 3 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Mustard 1 cup
- Milk 1 cup
- Water 1 cup
For Garnishing:
- Boiled egg slices 2
- Potatoes boiled 1 cup
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Bread crumbs 3 tbsp
- Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
Method:
- Marinate chicken with salt, chili powder. ginger garlic, white cumin, turmeric, onion, green chilies, coriander leaves and vinegar and keep for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in pan, put marinated chicken and fry for 10 minutes.
- Then put tomato puree, cover it and cook until chicken tender.
- For white sauce: Mix all ingredients. White sauce is ready.
- For assemble: Grease pyrex dish.
- Now put chicken mixture.
- Then set boiled egg slices.
- Put white sauce on top.
- Then decorate with boiled potatoes.
- Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
- Together put butter.
- In end, garnish with cheddar cheese.
- Then bake on 180 degrees C for 20 minutes.
