Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg or 20 pieces
  • Onion 1
  • Green chilies 3 grinded
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Tomato puree 1/2 cup
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp

For White Sauce:

  • Butter 2 oz
  • Flour 3 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard 1 cup
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Water 1 cup

For Garnishing:

  • Boiled egg slices 2
  • Potatoes boiled 1 cup
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs 3 tbsp
  • Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with salt, chili powder. ginger garlic, white cumin, turmeric, onion, green chilies, coriander leaves and vinegar and keep for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in pan, put marinated chicken and fry for 10 minutes.
  3. Then put tomato puree, cover it and cook until chicken tender.
  4. For white sauce: Mix all ingredients. White sauce is ready.
  5. For assemble: Grease pyrex dish.
  6. Now put chicken mixture.
  7. Then set boiled egg slices.
  8. Put white sauce on top.
  9. Then decorate with boiled potatoes.
  10. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
  11. Together put butter.
  12. In end, garnish with cheddar cheese.
  13. Then bake on 180 degrees C for 20 minutes.
