Ingredients:

For Cup Cakes:

  • Butter 8 oz
  • Caster sugar 3/4 cup
  • Rose essence 1/2 tsp
  • Eggs 3
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • White chocolate 2 oz
  • Cream 3 tbsp

For Frosting:

  • Butter 6 oz
  • Icing sugar 1-1/2 cup
  • Rose essence 1/2 tsp
  • Pink color few drops
  • Milk 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Min butter and caster sugar in bowl until fluffy.
  2. Now put eggs one by one.
  3. Then add 1 tbsp flour and baking powder.
  4. Now fold in chocolate mixture.
  5. Now fold in remaining flour and rose essence and mix it.
  6. Then put in cup cake lines and bake on 180 degrees C for 20 minutes.
  7. Then take it out, cool it and put frosting on top.
  8. For frosting: Beat butter until light and fluffy.
  9. Now put icing sugar, rose essence and pink color in butter, put in piping bag and decorate it.
