Ingredients:
- Boneless fish cubes 1/2 kg
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Hoisen sauce 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
- Mustard powder 1/2 tsp
- Egg white 1-2
- Bread crumbs 1 cup
- Self raising flour 1/2 cup
Method:
- Marinate boneless fish cubes with lemon juice. hoisen sauce, salt, black pepper, chili garlic sauce and mustard powder for 1 hour.
- Now roll in self raising flour and dip in egg white.
- Then roll in bread crumbs and deep fry it.
- Serve with sweet chili sauce.
