Green Garlic Kababs by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Green chili garlic sauce 3 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp
  • Bread slices 1
  • Onion rings for garnishing

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients except onion rings in mince, chop it and leave for 30 minutes.
  2. Now make seekh kabab of it and pan fry for 10 minutes until it is ready.
  3. In end, serve with tamarind chutney and onion rings.
