Green Garlic Kababs by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Mince 1/2 kg
- Green chili garlic sauce 3 tbsp
- Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Egg 1
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tsp
- Bread slices 1
- Onion rings for garnishing
Method:
- Mix all ingredients except onion rings in mince, chop it and leave for 30 minutes.
- Now make seekh kabab of it and pan fry for 10 minutes until it is ready.
- In end, serve with tamarind chutney and onion rings.
