Sweet N Sour Cocktail Balls by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  • Onion 2
  • Green chilies 3
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Bread slices 2 large
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Cream cheese 2 tbsp

For Sauce:

  • Chili garlic sauce 1 cup
  • Lemon juice 2tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Pineapple juice 1/2 cup
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Hoisen sauce 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Put all ingredients in chopper and chop it nicely.
  2. Now make balls and deep fry it.
  3. Then take it out and insert tooth pick in each ball.
  4. Then toast in sauce and serve.
  5. For sauce: Heat butter and fry garlic paste.
  6. Now put chili garlic sauce, lemon juice, salt, pineapple juice and hoisen sauce and cook until thick.
  7. Then keep balls on platter and put sauce on it.
  8. In end, garnish with parsley and serve.
