Sweet N Sour Cocktail Balls by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Chicken mince 1/2 kg
- Onion 2
- Green chilies 3
- Garlic 1 tsp
- Bread slices 2 large
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Cream cheese 2 tbsp
For Sauce:
- Chili garlic sauce 1 cup
- Lemon juice 2tbsp
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Pineapple juice 1/2 cup
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Hoisen sauce 2 tbsp
Method:
- Put all ingredients in chopper and chop it nicely.
- Now make balls and deep fry it.
- Then take it out and insert tooth pick in each ball.
- Then toast in sauce and serve.
- For sauce: Heat butter and fry garlic paste.
- Now put chili garlic sauce, lemon juice, salt, pineapple juice and hoisen sauce and cook until thick.
- Then keep balls on platter and put sauce on it.
- In end, garnish with parsley and serve.
