Ingredients:

  • Cottage cheese 2 packets
  • Chopped green chilies 6
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Tomato paste 1 cup
  • Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
  • Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
  • Chopped capsicum 2
  • Oil as required

Method:

  1. Heat 3 tbsp oil in karahi pan and stir fry chopped capsicum lightly.
  2. Now put chopped green chilies.
  3. Then put tomato paste, salt and chili garlic sauce and cook lightly.
  4. Then heat 2 tbsp in separate frying pan, fry cottage cheese cubes and put in ready masala.
  5. Put crushed black pepper and chopped ginger on top and keep on simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Paneer sabzi is ready.
