Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese 2 packets
- Chopped green chilies 6
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Tomato paste 1 cup
- Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
- Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
- Chopped capsicum 2
- Oil as required
Method:
- Heat 3 tbsp oil in karahi pan and stir fry chopped capsicum lightly.
- Now put chopped green chilies.
- Then put tomato paste, salt and chili garlic sauce and cook lightly.
- Then heat 2 tbsp in separate frying pan, fry cottage cheese cubes and put in ready masala.
- Put crushed black pepper and chopped ginger on top and keep on simmer for 5 minutes.
- Paneer sabzi is ready.
