Ingredients:

  • Boneless fish fillet 300 gm
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • White pepper powder ½ tsp
  • Chopped green onion 2 to 3 sticks
  • Green chilies 2 to 3
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper ½ tsp
  • Lemon leaves 1 to 2
  • Goranga 1 piece
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Salad leaves for garnish

Method:

  1. Put all ingredients except oil and salad leaves in chopped and make paste.
  2. Then make kabab from of it.
  3. Then steam it and then fry it.
  4. Garnish with salad leaves and serve.
