Ingredients:
- Boneless fish fillet 300 gm
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- White pepper powder ½ tsp
- Chopped green onion 2 to 3 sticks
- Green chilies 2 to 3
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper ½ tsp
- Lemon leaves 1 to 2
- Goranga 1 piece
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Salad leaves for garnish
Method:
- Put all ingredients except oil and salad leaves in chopped and make paste.
- Then make kabab from of it.
- Then steam it and then fry it.
- Garnish with salad leaves and serve.
