Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Chopped garlic 6 cloves
  • Chopped green chilies 6
  • Chopped carrots 2
  • Capsicum cubes 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 1 tbsp
  • Chicken cube flour 1 tbsp
  • Oil as required

Method:

  1. First make small botiyan of chicken boneless.
  2. Now heat oil in karahi pan and do chopped garlic cloves golden brown.
  3. Then put chicken, ginger garlic paste and salt. When water dries, roast it nicely and remove it.
  4. Now heat oil in frying pan and stir fry chopped green chilies, chopped carrot and capsicum cubes. Then add chicken.
  5. After that, keep again chicken and vegetables on stove, put soya sauce, white vinegar, crushed black pepper, brown sugar and chicken cube flour, roast for 5 minutes and serve hot.
