Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Chopped garlic 6 cloves
- Chopped green chilies 6
- Chopped carrots 2
- Capsicum cubes 2
- Salt to taste
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- White vinegar 2 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
- Brown sugar 1 tbsp
- Chicken cube flour 1 tbsp
- Oil as required
Method:
- First make small botiyan of chicken boneless.
- Now heat oil in karahi pan and do chopped garlic cloves golden brown.
- Then put chicken, ginger garlic paste and salt. When water dries, roast it nicely and remove it.
- Now heat oil in frying pan and stir fry chopped green chilies, chopped carrot and capsicum cubes. Then add chicken.
- After that, keep again chicken and vegetables on stove, put soya sauce, white vinegar, crushed black pepper, brown sugar and chicken cube flour, roast for 5 minutes and serve hot.
