Lebanese Kabab by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:
- Mince 1 kg
- Boiled macaroni 1 cup
- Boiled peas 1 cup
- Bread crumbs 1 packet
- Beaten eggs 2
- Onions 3
- Tomatoes 3
- Boiled potatoes 3
- Green chilies 6-8
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp
- Oil to fry
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Put mince, ginger garlic paste, onions and salt in pot and boil it in owns water on low flame.
- When water dries, mix tomatoes, boiled peas, green chilies and boiled macaroni and grind in chopper.
- Now heat oil in karahi pan. Now dip kabab in eggs, then roll in bread crumbs and deep fry on low flame.
- When golden brown, then take it out and serve hot.
