Lebanese Kabab by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:

  • Mince 1 kg
  • Boiled macaroni 1 cup
  • Boiled peas 1 cup
  • Bread crumbs 1 packet
  • Beaten eggs 2
  • Onions 3
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Boiled potatoes 3
  • Green chilies 6-8
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Oil to fry
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Put mince, ginger garlic paste, onions and salt in pot and boil it in owns water on low flame.
  2. When water dries, mix tomatoes, boiled peas, green chilies and boiled macaroni and grind in chopper.
  3. Now heat oil in karahi pan. Now dip kabab in eggs, then roll in bread crumbs and deep fry on low flame.
  4. When golden brown, then take it out and serve hot.
