Achari Vegetables With Shrimps by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Shrimps 1 kg
- Potatoes 2
- Peas 1 cup
- Carrots 1 cup
- Capsicum 1
- Tomato paste 1 cup
- Red chili flakes 2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Mix vegetable pickle 1/2 cup
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Green coriander as required
Method:
- First heat oil, fry potatoes, peas, carrot, capsicum and shrimps and take out.
- Put 1/2 cup water in remaining oil.
- Together put red chili flakes, salt, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, mix vegetable pickle and tomato paste.
- After that, add fried vegetables and shrimps and simmer it for 10 minutes.
- Then close the stove, put chop green coriander and green chilies.
- Achari vegetable with shrimps is ready.
