Ingredients:
- Semolina 250 gm
- Almond paste 1 cup
- Khoya 250 gm
- Milk 2 cup
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Almond essence 1 tsp
- Ghee 1 cup
- Almond for garnish
Method:
- Make almond paste.
- Now heat ghee and then, put semolina and roast it.
- Then add milk, sugar and almond paste and roast it.
- Then add khoya and almond essence, mix it and cook until halwa leaves oil.
- In end, dish out halwa, garnish with almond and serve.
