Ingredients:
- Chicken 1/2 kg
- Boiled green gram lentil 1 cup
- Boiled red lentils 1/2 cup
- Dried plum 200 gm
- Crushed cumin 2 tsp
- Ginger garlic 2 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Red chili flakes 2 tsp
- Fried onions 1
- Salt 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Water 2 cup
- Green chilies 4
- Green coriander 1/2 bunch
For Tarka:
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Chopped ginger 2 tbsp
- Cumin 2 tsp
- Curry leaves 10
Method:
- First wash chicken, put dried plum, crushed cumin, ginger garlic, turmeric, red chili flakes, fried onion, salt and water and cook on low flame.
- When chicken tender, add boiled green gram lentil, boiled red lentils and 1 cup water and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
- Now put green chilies and green coriander.
- After that, heat oil, put chopped ginger, cumin and curry leaves, fry it and give tarka.
