Ingredients:

  • Semolina 1 cup
  • Milk 1 liter
  • Cinnamon 1 piece
  • Cream 1 packet
  • Almonds 2 tbsp
  • Raisins 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Butter 1 cup
  • Vanilla essence 100 gm

Method:

  1. Soak semolina in 1/2 cup liter and keep for 2-3 hours.
  2. Now heat butter, put semolina and cook it.
  3. When it dries, add sugar and cook more.
  4. When water of sugar dries, put cinnamon and remaining milk and close stove when thick
  5. After that, add cream and vanilla essence.
  6. In end, take out in serving bowl, put almonds and raisins and serve.
