Semolina Milk Pudding by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Semolina 1 cup
- Milk 1 liter
- Cinnamon 1 piece
- Cream 1 packet
- Almonds 2 tbsp
- Raisins 2 tbsp
- Sugar 1 cup
- Butter 1 cup
- Vanilla essence 100 gm
Method:
- Soak semolina in 1/2 cup liter and keep for 2-3 hours.
- Now heat butter, put semolina and cook it.
- When it dries, add sugar and cook more.
- When water of sugar dries, put cinnamon and remaining milk and close stove when thick
- After that, add cream and vanilla essence.
- In end, take out in serving bowl, put almonds and raisins and serve.
