Capsicum & Channay Ki Daal by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Capsicum 2
  • Boiled chana daal 1-1/2 cup
  • Onion 3
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Yogurt 3/4 cup

Method:

  1. Heat oil, cur onion into slices and do light golden.
  2. Now take out half onion, add chili powder, turmeric, garlic paste and salt in half onion and fry it.
  3. Then cook capsicum cubes with some water for 5 minutes, put boiled chana daal, whipped yogurt and half onion and keep on simmer.
  4. Capsicum & channay ki daal is ready.
