Capsicum & Channay Ki Daal by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Capsicum 2
- Boiled chana daal 1-1/2 cup
- Onion 3
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Yogurt 3/4 cup
Method:
- Heat oil, cur onion into slices and do light golden.
- Now take out half onion, add chili powder, turmeric, garlic paste and salt in half onion and fry it.
- Then cook capsicum cubes with some water for 5 minutes, put boiled chana daal, whipped yogurt and half onion and keep on simmer.
- Capsicum & channay ki daal is ready.
