Seekh Kabab Biryani by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Mince 1/2 kg
- Salt 1 tsp
- Seekh kabab masala 4 tbsp
- All spice 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Gram flour roasted 2 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Bread slices 1
- Brown onion 2 tbsp
- Raw onion 2 tbsp
For Masala:
- Rice 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 4
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Brown onion 1/2 cup
- All spice 1 tsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Cumin roasted 1 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- For seekh kabab: Marinate mince with all ingredients, mix it nicely and make seekh kabab.
- Then give smoke of coal, pan fry it and take out.
- Now put in masalay, cook for 10 minutes, take out and make layer on biryani.
- For masala: Heat oil, put ginger garlic paste, brown onion, coriander leaves, chili powder, all spice, cumin roasted with yogurt and fry it nicely.
- Now add seekh kabab, cover it and cook for 10 minutes until oil comes up.
- Then put coriander leaves and green chilies.
- Hot seekh kabab biryani is ready.
