Ingredients:

  • Bread 1 packet
  • Eggs 2
  • Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
  • Cream cheese 1/4 cup
  • Boiled and shredded chicken 1 cup
  • Ketchup 1/2 cup
  • Cucumber 1
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Salad leaves 4-5
  • Cabbage 1 small
  • Yellow food color

For Icing:

  • Cream 1 packet
  • Mayonnaise 5 tbsp
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Caster sugar 3-4 tbsp

Method:

  1. To prepare icing: Beat cream well.
  2. Add mayonnaise, yogurt and beat for 2 minutes.
  3. Now add sugar, salt to taste, and mix.
  4. Put the prepared icing in freezer.
  5. Beat two eggs with yellow food color and 1-teaspoon water and fry it like omelet.
  6. To make club sandwiches: Cut the sides of slices; apply mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, some shredded chicken, and omelet.
  7. Layer the salad leaves and cabbage in a tray.
  8. Place the club sandwiches at the base of cake.
  9. Now make second layer with vegetables.
  10. Frost the cake with prepared icing.
  11. Decorate the cake with vegetables and shredded chicken.
