Ingredients:
- Bread 1 packet
- Eggs 2
- Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
- Cream cheese 1/4 cup
- Boiled and shredded chicken 1 cup
- Ketchup 1/2 cup
- Cucumber 1
- Tomatoes 2
- Salad leaves 4-5
- Cabbage 1 small
- Yellow food color
For Icing:
- Cream 1 packet
- Mayonnaise 5 tbsp
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Caster sugar 3-4 tbsp
Method:
- To prepare icing: Beat cream well.
- Add mayonnaise, yogurt and beat for 2 minutes.
- Now add sugar, salt to taste, and mix.
- Put the prepared icing in freezer.
- Beat two eggs with yellow food color and 1-teaspoon water and fry it like omelet.
- To make club sandwiches: Cut the sides of slices; apply mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, some shredded chicken, and omelet.
- Layer the salad leaves and cabbage in a tray.
- Place the club sandwiches at the base of cake.
- Now make second layer with vegetables.
- Frost the cake with prepared icing.
- Decorate the cake with vegetables and shredded chicken.
