Ingredients:
- Lady fingers 1/2 kg
- Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Black pepper corns 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Fresh red chili 8-10
- Lemons 2
- Boiled almonds 15-20
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- First wash lady fingers nicely and keep in chalni so that water dries.
- Then cut top and bottom part and mark cut.
- Keep lady fingers whole.
- Now put oil and butter in karahi pan and fry fresh red chilies and boiled almonds.
- Then put lady fingers.
- After that, mix coriander seeds, cumin seeds and black pepper corns, grind it, put in lady fingers, stir fry it lightly and cover it.
- After 10 minutes, put salt, heat it and serve.
