Ingredients:
- Chicken mince 1/2 kg
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Chopped onion 1/2 cup
- Chopped tomato 1/2 kg
- Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
- Green chilies 6-8
- Red chili 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
- Coriander 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
- Naan to serve
- Salad to serve
- Raita to serve
Method:
- First heat oil on tawa and put chicken mince.
- Together put chopped onion and ginger garlic paste and roast on low flame until water dries.
- Now add chopped tomato and yogurt.
- Together put salt and red chili, cover it and cook on low flame.
- In end, add all spice powder, crushed black pepper, coriander and green chilies.
- Together put coriander leaves.
- After that, put chopped ginger and lemon wedges and serve with naan and raita.
