Ingredients:

  • Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Chopped onion 1/2 cup
  • Chopped tomato 1/2 kg
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Green chilies 6-8
  • Red chili 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
  • Coriander 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving
  • Naan to serve
  • Salad to serve
  • Raita to serve

Method:

  1. First heat oil on tawa and put chicken mince.
  2. Together put chopped onion and ginger garlic paste and roast on low flame until water dries.
  3. Now add chopped tomato and yogurt.
  4. Together put salt and red chili, cover it and cook on low flame.
  5. In end, add all spice powder, crushed black pepper, coriander and green chilies.
  6. Together put coriander leaves.
  7. After that, put chopped ginger and lemon wedges and serve with naan and raita.
