Ingredients:
- Boneless fish ½ kg
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Chopped green onion ½ cup
- White pepper powder 1 tsp
- Bread crumbs 5 to 6 tbsp
- Curry powder 2 tbsp
- Baking powder 1 pinch
- Egg 1
- Oil for fry
- Salt to taste
- Ice cream sticks as required
Method:
- In a chopper, put kg boneless chicken, garlic paste, lemon juice, chopped green onion, white pepper powder, bread crumbs, curry powder, baking powder, egg and salt and make paste.
- Then take out in bowl and grease hand.
- Now put mixture on stick and deep fry it.
- Now keep tissue paper on plate and put lolly pops so that it absorbs oil.
- In end, serve with tomato ketchup and lemons.
