Japanese Fried Potato by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Potato 1/2 kg
- Garlic 4 to 5 cloves
- Chili garlic sauce 1/2 cup
- Brown sugar 2 tbsp
- Green onion 1 to 2 sticks
- Oil for fry
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Cut potatoes in round slices.
- Put garlic cloves, chili garlic sauce, brown sugar and salt in blender and mix it. Then put in pan and cook till thick.
- Then fry, potato, put in serving platter, pour sauce on top, garnish with green onion and serve.
