Ingredients:
For Pizza Dough:
- White flour 300 gm
- Yeast 1 to 1 ½ tbsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Egg 1
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
For Topping:
- Beef undercut 300 gm
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper ½ tsp
- Oyster sauce 2 to 3 tbsp
- Chopped capsicum 1
- Chopped mushroom ½ cup
- Grated mozzarella cheese 400 gm
- Butter as required
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- For dough: Add yeast and sugar in lukewarm water, mix well and leave for 15 minutes.
- Now add salt, egg, baking powder and yeast in white flour, knead it nicely and leave it on warm place for 3 to 4 hours.
- When it rises, fold with hand and roll small roti.
- Then roast in pan and keep it aside.
- For topping: Heat oil and fry garlic.
- Then add sliced beef and fry it.
- Then add crushed black pepper, salt and oyster sauce, fry it, close stove and cool it.
- Then add chopped capsicum, chopped mushrooms and grated mozzarella cheese and mix it.
- Then put mixture on roti.
- Then keep second roti on top and toast on tawa or bake in oven.
