Vegetable karhai

Ingredients:

  • oil 2 cup
  • onion 1 pc
  • curry leaf 6 pcs
  • onion seed 1/4 tsp
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • red chilli pwd 2 tbsp
  • turmeric 2 tbsp
  • salt 1-1/2 tbsp
  • coriander 1 tsp
  • yogurt 1/2 kg
  • chickpea flour 2/3 tbsp
  • carrot 2 pcs
  • potato 2 pcs
  • cauliflower 1 pc
  • green chillies 5-6 pcs
  • green pea 250 gm
  • cottage cheese cube 1 cup
  • coriander 2-3 tbsp

Method:

  1. In a pan fry onions , curry leaf and carom seeds.
  2. Now add in garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric, salt , crushed coriander  and cook the masala.
  3. Then add in yogurt , chickpea flour, water and cook till it thickens
  4. Next add in all the vegetable and cook them
  5. In the end add in cottage cheese.
  6. Garnish with green coriander and green chillies.
