Pistachio Fudge by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

• Butter 50 gm
• Sugar 4 tbsp
• Beaten cream 2 cups
• Salt 1 pinch
• Pudding mix 1 packet
• Marshmallows 10
• Pistachio 1/2 cup
• Chocolate 1 cup
• Green food color a pinch
  

Method:

1. First cook butter, sugar, marshmallows and salt on stove.
2. Now remove from stove, put mix pudding and beat with batter.
3. Then add green food color and beaten cream and fold it.
4. Together put pistachio
5. Then put in tray and keep in fridge.
6. When set, spread melted chocolate.
7. In end, cool it, cut it and serve.
