Ingredients:
- Cauliflower 250 gm
- Flour 1/4 cup
- Corn flour 4 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Chopped onion 1 cup
- Green chili 2
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Ketchup 1/2 cup
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
Method:
- First mix flour, corn flour, salt, ginger garlic paste and 1/2 cup cold water and make paste.
- Now dip cauliflower in this paste and deep fry it in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
- Then take it out and keep it aside.
- Then heat oil in pan, put chopped garlic and fry until light golden.
- Then put chopped onion and green chili.
- Now put soya sauce, ketchup, vinegar and sugar.
- Then add fried cauliflower in mixture and mix it nicely.
- In end, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
