Karahi Keema by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Mince 1/2 kg
- Onion 1 large
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Tomatoes 4 sliced
- Chili powder 1 tbsp
- Roasted and crushed cumin 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- All spice 1 tsp
- Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
- Green chilies chopped 6
- Ginger julienne 2 tbsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Coriander leaves 4 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil and fry onion until light golden.
- Now add ginger garlic paste.
- Then put mince with salt, add 1 cup water, cover it and cook until keema is approx ready.
- Then put tomatoes sliced with chili powder, cumin, coriander powder, salt, all spice and chili garlic sauce, cover it and cook until mince tender.
- In end, put green chilies chopped, ginger julienne and coriander leaves, keep on simmer and serve with naan.
