Green Chili Kofta by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:
- Beef mince 1/2 kg
- Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
- Roasted gram 2 tbsp
- Bread slices 2
- White cumin 1 tsp
- All spice as required
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- All spice 1 tsp
- Chopped onion 2
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Oil 1 cup
For Chutney:
- Green coriander 2 bunch
- Green chilies 2
- Garlic 6
Method:
- For chutney: Grind all ingredients.
- Now mix poppy seeds, white cumin, roasted gram and all spice and grind it.
- Now put grinded masala and center portion of bread slices in beef mince and grind in chopped.
- Now make small small koftay and shallow fry it.
- Now heat oil in pot, do chopped golden brown, take out half onion and spread so that it becomes crisp.
- Then put ginger garlic paste, turmeric, all spice, red chili powder and green chutney in half onion and roast it nicely.
- In end, spread fried koftay, put butter on top and keep on simmer for 5 minutes.
- Green chili kofta is ready.
