Ingredients:

  • Potatoes 1/2 kg
  • Tomatoes 250 gm
  • Tamarind paste 4 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Green coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Green chilies 4
  • Oil 1/2 cup

For Dry Masala:

  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Round chilies 4
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil, cut potatoes in round and fry it.
  2. Now put tomatoes, tamarind paste, turmeric, green chilies, salt and 1 cup water and cover it.
  3. For dry masala: Crush fennel seeds, cumin, round chilies and coriander seeds.
  4. Now mix mustard seeds and chaat masala in it and sprinkle on potatoes.
  5. Together put chopped green coriander.
  6. Dry potato masala is ready.
