Dry Potato Masala by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Potatoes 1/2 kg
- Tomatoes 250 gm
- Tamarind paste 4 tbsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Green coriander 1/2 bunch
- Green chilies 4
- Oil 1/2 cup
For Dry Masala:
- Fennel seeds 1 tsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Round chilies 4
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- Coriander seeds 1 tsp
Method:
- Heat oil, cut potatoes in round and fry it.
- Now put tomatoes, tamarind paste, turmeric, green chilies, salt and 1 cup water and cover it.
- For dry masala: Crush fennel seeds, cumin, round chilies and coriander seeds.
- Now mix mustard seeds and chaat masala in it and sprinkle on potatoes.
- Together put chopped green coriander.
- Dry potato masala is ready.
