Chicken Fingers With Tartar Sauce by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:
- Chicken fillets 200 grams
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Egg 1
- Flour 2 tbsp
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
- Black pepper 1/4 tsp
- White pepper 1/4 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
For Tartar Sauce:
- Mayonnaise as required
- Mustard paste as required
- Lemon juice as required
- Icing sugar as required
- Cucumber as required
- Carrot as required
- Black and green olives as required
Method:
- Cut chicken into strips.
- In a bowl, add chopped garlic, egg, flour, corn flour, all spices and make smooth mixture.
- If mixture gets thick then add 4 tbsp water.
- Add salt, black pepper powder, dry flour in the chicken.
- Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture, and fry.
- For the tartar sauce: mix mayonnaise, mustard paste, lemon juice, icing sugar, cucumber carrot, and black and green olives.
